Those who have complications in the uterus must not opt for this process as there are possibilities of miscarriages.

Test Tube Baby Method

Test tube babies can be conceived easily by those who have conceived earlier. In vitro fertilization (IVF) has four methods. Following these methods are necessary for the success of fertilization. The five methods used in In vitro fertilization (IVF) are ovarian stimulation, ooctye retrieval, fertilization, selection and embryo transfer.

In ovarian stimulation, there are certain medications that are administered in the body so that the body can be prepared for pregnancy and the egg can be extracted. The medications continue for 10 days after which comes the oocyte retrieval where the egg is retrieved. The eggs are retrieved from the ovaries by the means of ultrasound guided needle by the help of transvaginal technique. General anesthesia is done while retrieval.

Fertilization is carried out in the laboratory. After this stage comes the selection process where the fertilized egg is graded according to its quality. In embryo transfer, the embryologist transfers the embryo into the uterus after which the natural processes takes place.
